oh knickers

well you guys, i havent been on here for a while cos i have been on shifts, and knackered all the time, my weight lost isnt going as planned, i have gained weight again, i am back where i started 13st 3lb, gotta shift those nasty
 pounds, and get off my butt and exercise not keep saying i will tomorrow cos tomorrow never comes,
i havent exercised for nearly a month now, and ate lots of takeaways and had lots to drink and i aint a big drinker, so felt terrible last sunday 14th october, but had munchies all day, so didnt cook properly instead ate crap which isnt good for me.
so now i am going to lose two stones by xmas and buy my first little black dress, cos i have never felt sexy enough or pretty enough to wear lovely sexy clothes, i buy big baggy jumpers to hide my body, and jeans or leggings, cos i just feel fat and frumpy.

i would love to hear from anyone, and how their journey is going, cos together we can help each other and swap success or failure and encourage each other to be on  track. thank you for all the support and keep looking and reading my journey

on my way now

well guys i havent been on here for a while, but been really busy at work, but now lost one and a half pounds of my 42 pounds target, made a lovely meaty pasta meal.



put some pasta in a saucepan of boiling water a couple of handfuls for two people,

in another saucepan sray it with fry light and fry extra light mince beef, and onions, peppers, celery, broccoli and mushrooms fry until soft, and the beef is browned then add a tin of chopped tomatoes and stir thru the mince mixture then add some tomato puree and some herbs and garlic. when all bubbling then strain the pasta and add to the mince mixture.

stir thru and serve with garlic bread and a green salad. lovely.

enjoy
